Your tasks

  • Processing financial transactions
  • Performing accounts payable and accounts receivable accounting
  • Creating evaluations
  • Account assignment (including preparatory activities)
  • Performing dunning procedures
  • Invoice verification, master data maintenance, postings
  • Managing open item lists
  • Monitoring incoming payments
  • Assistance with the preparation of annual financial statements
  • Close cooperation with tax advisors
  • Asset accounting
  • Support with the restructuring of accounting processes
  • Preparation of advance and final invoices for customers
  • Management of advance payment and warranty guarantees
  • Maintenance of personnel files, working time accounts
  • Preparation of wages
  • Checking and processing of travel expense reports

Your profile

  • Education in the tax industry, or alternatively completed commercial training with further training in accounting (e.g. financial accountant/balance sheet accountant)
  • Confident use of accounting software (Datev)
  • Organisation of efficient payment transactions
  • MS Office skills
  • Stress resistant
  • Organisation skills
  • Initiative
  • Accuracy, patience and communication skills
