Your tasks

  • Main contact person for our customers throughout the entire project
  • Independent supervision and management of projects – from planning and commissioning to final acceptance
  • Definition, management and monitoring of milestones (sales/engineering/operations/after-sales)
  • Capacity planning and resource coordination (employees, materials, times)
  • Controlling: monitoring budgets, time and material usage, and post-calculation
  • Internal and external communication on project status (e.g. design reviews, preliminary acceptance, change and delay management)
  • Supporting the sales team with technical clarification, calculation and quotation preparation
  • Knowledge management and sharing of lessons learned

Your profile

  • Completed training, further education or studies in a technical field
  • Experience or keen interest in special machine construction
  • Very good technical understanding and enjoyment of complex projects
  • Structured, organised working style combined with flexibility and solution orientation
  • Strong communication skills, confident and service-oriented in dealing with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to maintain an overview even in stressful situations
  • Hands-on mentality and process-oriented thinking
  • English language skills and willingness to travel
