Your tasks

  • Acquisition and support of suppliers
  • Obtaining quotes and carrying out detailed quote comparisons
  • Creating orders and providing support in operational purchasing
  • Analyzing prices, conditions, and purchasing key figures
  • Maintaining and evaluating data in Excel
  • Collaborating in materials management and working with the warehouse
  • Collaborating with internal departments

Your profile

  • Completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on purchasing, or comparable qualification – alternatively, completed technical training with additional commercial qualification
  • 2–5 years of relevant professional experience in purchasing or materials management
  • Basic technical understanding
  • Good Excel skills
  • English skills at B2/C1 level
  • ERP experience is an advantage (e.g., NTS Apollo – not a must)
  • Structured, analytical approach to work and confident handling of numbers
  • You bring initiative, entrepreneurial thinking, and a hands-on mentality to the table
  • You love working in a team, including across departments
