Your tasks
Acquisition and support of suppliers
Obtaining quotes and carrying out detailed quote comparisons
Creating orders and providing support in operational purchasing
Analyzing prices, conditions, and purchasing key figures
Maintaining and evaluating data in Excel
Collaborating in materials management and working with the warehouse
Collaborating with internal departments
Your profile
Completed commercial training, ideally with a focus on purchasing, or comparable qualification – alternatively, completed technical training with additional commercial qualification
2–5 years of relevant professional experience in purchasing or materials management
Basic technical understanding
Good Excel skills
English skills at B2/C1 level
ERP experience is an advantage (e.g., NTS Apollo – not a must)
Structured, analytical approach to work and confident handling of numbers
You bring initiative, entrepreneurial thinking, and a hands-on mentality to the table
You love working in a team, including across departments
