This winding machine is designed for the production of locomotive transformer coils. Low and high voltage coils can be wound on the same machine with the possibility to make layer windings or disc windings. This machine is also equipped with a strip insulation feeding system.
From round, flat, up to CTC wires the machine can work with any kind of wire in many different sizes. Dereelers and wire brakes are available for all different wires. Multiple of those accessories can be added to the machine allowing the use of multiple different wires on one machine.
The winding machine can be combined with a multitude of different accessories to accommodate almost any coil design. Multiple accessories can be combined on the machine allowing coil designs with different wires and wire arrangements to be used. Many of the wire brakes, as well as wire flatteners, can be integrated directly into the wire guides saving space and eliminating the need for expensive stand-alone solutions.
An easily extensible software allows customization to any coil designs and any coil winding process. With remote access it is possible to implement changes on the fly even long after delivery. Unlimited turns can be counted and unlimited winding programs can be stored on the machine while access to the company network is also available to load winding programs directly from the network.
