Our efficient semi-automatic foil winding machine for the production of distribution and cast resin transformer coils ranging from 100 up to 3.150 kVA with one conductor foil and a foil width from 600 up to 1.600 mm using cold press welding or TIG welding.
The machine control is designed specifically for this machine and features a teach-in system streamlining the implementation of new coil designs. Once set-up the machine will automatically stop at the precise saved locations allowing the operator to focus on the manual operations while the machine takes care of the rest. A user friendly interface allows the operator to adjust coil parameters on the fly or even create completely new coil designs.
