Our efficient fully automatic wire winding machine for the production of up to 6 medium voltage instrument
transformer coils with an automatic insertion of the
strip insulation for each coil.
Electronically controlled wire tensioners ensure perfect wire tension throughout the winding process, even with changing coil diameters or different coil shapes. A wire rupture detection is also included, stopping the machine immediately to give the operator the ability to repair the wire and continue winding.
Hot glue is sprayed on the coils to quickly fix the insulation and prevent slipping. The hot glue is cooled almost immediately resulting in no waiting time for the glue to cool off.
